"We worked with Chuck Nyko, our project manager. He was friendly, professional, informative and always available for a call and to answer questions. He explained things in detail and helped coordinate scheduling. He made the process easy. The install team arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, explained what they were doing, completed the repair of the main area involved as well as several other isolated tile areas identified with missing or broken tiles. Before and after photos were taken and provided to us. At the end of the job they cleaned the roof and gutter areas as well as any debris on the property. We were very happy with the entire project."
