Aluminum Benefits

Seamless Aluminum Rain Gutters

We offer seamless 6″ “K” style aluminum gutters made from a .032 material thickness using heavy-duty concealed hanger brackets. Since each roof handles water differently, we can install 2″x3″, 3″x4″, or open-face downspouts to accommodate larger or smaller water handling demands.

Every corner joint is sealed with a miter strip or prefabricated corner piece to finish the job. We also offer a large variety of color options to compliment the style of your home or business. Give us a call or send us a message and we would be happy to give you a free estimate for your specific needs.

Custom Fit

Seamless aluminum gutters are easily installed and custom-made to fit your home’s exact dimensions, ensuring a perfect fit and maximum effectiveness.

Aesthetic Appeal

Seamless aluminum gutters have a sleek, modern look that can enhance your home’s curb appeal. They come in a variety of baked-on colors and finishes to complement your home’s exterior.

Reduced Leakage

Seamless aluminum gutters provide a consistent pitch toward downspouts and have fewer joints and seams. This makes them more effective at channeling water away from your home’s foundation, preventing water damage.

Lower Maintenance

Because seamless aluminum gutters have fewer joints and seams, they require less maintenance than sectional gutters. There are fewer places for debris to collect and cause blockages, so you’ll spend less time cleaning your gutters.

Aluminum is a durable material that is resistant to rust and corrosion, making seamless aluminum gutters a long-lasting and cost-effective choice for your home.

Copper Benefits

Copper Gutters & Downspouts

Copper gutters are a premium choice for homeowners and businesses that want a durable and attractive gutter system. While copper gutters are generally more expensive than other types of gutters, their durability, eye-catching aesthetic, and low maintenance make them a worthwhile investment for those who want a high-quality gutter system that will last for many years.

copper gutters

Copper is a highly durable material that is resistant to rust and corrosion, which means it can last for many years without requiring replacement. In fact, copper gutters can last up to 100 years or more with proper maintenance.

Aesthetic appeal

In addition to being durable, copper gutters have a unique and elegant appearance that can enhance the curb appeal of any property. Over time, copper develops a natural patina that gives it a beautiful greenish hue.

Low maintenance

Copper gutters require very little maintenance. Unlike other materials that may need to be painted or coated periodically, copper gutters only need to be cleaned periodically to remove debris.

Copper is highly sustainable, as it is 100% recyclable and has a long lifespan. This makes it eco-friendly for homeowners and businesses who want to reduce their environmental impact.

Increased property value

Installing copper gutters can increase the value of your property, as they are a high-end feature that many people appreciate.

Galvanized Benefits

Galvanized Gutters & Downspouts

Galvanized gutters are a popular choice for homeowners and businesses who want a durable and cost-effective gutter system. While galvanized gutters have several advantages, it is important to note that they can be prone to rust and corrosion over time, especially in areas with high levels of moisture or exposure to saltwater. To minimize this risk, it is important to choose high-quality galvanized gutters and maintain them properly over time.

galvanized gutters

Galvanized gutters are generally less expensive than other types of gutters, such as copper or seamless aluminum. This makes them an attractive option for homeowners on a budget or businesses that want to keep costs down.

Galvanized gutters are made of steel that has been coated with a layer of zinc, which makes them resistant to rust and corrosion. This extends their lifespan and reduces the need for frequent repairs or replacements.

Aesthetic appeal

In addition to being an affordable and durable option, galvanized gutters have a traditional, industrial look that can complement the style of many homes and businesses.

Low maintenance

Galvanized gutters require minimal maintenance, as the zinc coating helps protect them from damage caused by water, debris, and other elements.

Easy to install

Galvanized gutters are relatively easy to install, which can reduce installation costs and minimize disruption to your property.

Galvanized gutters come in a range of sizes and styles, making them suitable for a wide variety of residential and commercial applications.

Minimize Maintenance

Gutter Covers & Leaf Guards

Lindholm Roofing offers multiple types of leaf and debris protection for gutter systems. With the harsh weather conditions that our area offers it is becoming more common to install a system into the gutters to help prevent clogging and overflowing gutters. We will inspect your building and recommend the best gutter cover system for your specific situation.

We use Rain Drop Gutter Guards, Leaf Relief and can investigate other options if you have a specific request. We also offer an option to install gutter guards on existing or new gutters to prevent debris build up.

Benefits of Gutter Guards

Before, During, and After Gutter Guards

Before installing gutter guards, your gutters will often need to be cleaned and without proper maintenance, they can easily clog and overflow. After installing gutter guards, cleaning your gutters will be a thing of the past.
